This bulletin shows when immigrant visa numbers are available for September 2026.

It includes:

  • Final Action Dates – when a visa or green card can be approved.
  • Dates for Filing Applications – when applicants can submit their required documents to the National Visa Center.

In the chart:

  • C (Current) means visas are available for all eligible applicants.
  • U (Unavailable) means no visas are available.

A visa can only be approved if your priority date is earlier than the Final Action Date listed in the chart.
