A final rule from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) will raise USCIS premium processing costs to account for inflation between June 2023 and June 2025. DHS has the authority to modify premium processing costs every two years to reflect inflation, according to the USCIS Stabilization Act. The proceeds from this fee increase will be utilized to support USCIS adjudication and naturalization services in other ways, as well as to provide premium processing services, enhance adjudication procedures, and address adjudication needs, including processing backlogs. This regulation will go into force on March 01, 2026. The revised charge for the particular benefit you are requesting must be included if you submit a request for premium processing postmarked on or after March 01, 2026.
The new fees are listed in the table below. To request premium processing, you must submit Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing, and follow the form instructions.
